The Three Cottages in Haspelschiedt invite you to enjoy the view from their location on the hill. The decor combines tradition and modernity with clean, natural tones.

Our vision

To create a project that is fully integrated into the environment of the municipality of Haspelschiedt, located to the north-east of the historic town of Bitche within a number of remarkable sites.

Speed

Once a building permit has been obtained, it takes only 2 to 3 months to complete the entire project, from earthworks to finishing touches. The assembly technique is similar to that of a building kit and allows very short deadlines to be met.

100% Made in France

The wood comes from French forests (Vosges, Jura, Pays de Bitche) and the panels are prefabricated in the Besançon factory. Skilled workers cut, insulate and assemble the panels into partitions.

Eco-friendly materials

The cottages are mainly made of wood and mineral wool to be environmentally friendly. These natural materials can be used quickly and in an eco-friendly way and promote the use of short supply chains.

Local companies

We prefer to use the skills and know-how of local companies to carry out all the work (preparation, engineering, assembly and finishing).
